It was also interesting for me to reflect on what it means as a mom to say it to a child she has done a lot for - we praise the big things but sometimes miss the small (especially for moms like me that do too much for our kids). Every night when I ask her to brush her hair I'm going to start telling her this...lighthearted and she's doing great too ;)
