Shopping Trips to Nordstrom Hit Differently During Anniversary Sale
If you get the Mean Girls reference, there’s a good chance this post is for you, and I’m glad you’re here. Together, let’s dive into a shopping experience unlike any other: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.
In my last post on the topic I went into why the nostalgic girl in me loves to shop the sale, and what I tend to go for. But now that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here if you have early access (icons shop July 8, Ambassadors July 9, Influencers July 10 and public access is July 12), I’m eager to share my true top picks (and hold out hope that you’ll save some sizes for me when I get access tomorrow). To win? Only shop what you need, and reference trusted friends like me to help you sort through. Now you’re ready to save hundreds (or thousands) while you shop!
What to Shop During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
A New Hot Tool, I like the T3 Aire IQ.
This smart dryer has a touch screen that enables you to share your hair type and texture, and then dry it without frying it. There are three attachments, and a resting stand which complement its pretty pale pink shade. As clever as it is chic.
New Baby Gear, I Like the Nuna Rava carseats, Vista Stroller, Doona Liki Tryke and Yoyo BabyZen Stroller.
Having three kids, I feel like I know what worked well, and all of these pass the test with flying colors. The car seat is easy to install, the strollers are functional and far-reaching and all serve a purpose. For older kids, the BabyZen (a must, think of it like an umbrella stroller that you can carry on your shoulder, easily wheels and fits in the overhead compartment) and Tryke (fun!) are key.
A New Suitcase, Away is the Way to Go.
There’s a reason all our bags are Away. They’re lightweight (great for overpackers like me) and fit a ton. They come in a slew of colors, and each member of our family has their own assigned hue, so we can easily spot whose suitcase is missing. 10/10.
A Mascara Two Pack, Especially of My Favorite Variety.
I’m thrilled to see YSL Lash Clash a part of the mix. I always buy mascara in bulk, so that I never run out (it’s my desert island item). There’s always one stashed in my bag too.
And Now for The Fashion…Save Some for Me!

A Chic Jacket: Maxi, Rain, Trench

Comfy Cozy: Fur, Sweats, Flares

Jean and Sweater Queen: Ecru, Textured, Cashmere
Honorable Mention: A Fresh Workout Set, And Pair of Sneakers.
Lately I live in workout clothes (trying to get my steps in this summer), and my looks are always best paired with New Balance sneakers. While I’m normally a 9060 girl, this pink pair has my name on them.
Happy shopping!
Thank you to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post and thank you for shopping through my paid links, which covers my time sorting the sale, so you don’t have to!
